have been installed to the iCeMS Analysis Center as billing equipment.
In accordance with these changes,
the Bylaws for Shared Use and the Bylaws for User Fees, etc.
have been partially revised.

For your use of the iCeMS Analysis Center, please read through its Bylaws in the links below.
Only those who can comply with the Bylaws are allowed to use the Center.
First of all, register your group and each of its members who wish to use the Center, by submitting the User Registration Application/Approval Form in the links below.
The application should always be submitted by the organizer (PI: principal investigator) of a research group or laboratory.
The Form also tells you where you should contact and submit your application.
After your user/laboratory registration has been accepted, you will be given Room Induction for your use of the room of your required equipment.
If you have not yet undergone the Safety and Health Education and Training for your use of iCeMS facilities, please receive necessary training from your PI in charge, based on the “iCeMS Safety and Health Guidelines” in the links below, and submit the “Confirmation of Safety and Health Education and Training” in the links below to the Facilities and Maintenance Section (KUIAS).
Your user ID and tentative password will be provided for your use of the Booking System. The password needs to be changed upon your first login to the Booking System.
(Click the user ID of the person logging in to the System, which is indicated above the “Log out” button in the upper right corner of this page.)
Check who administrates the equipment you wish to use, and make an appointment with the administrator by e-mail to receive his or her Equipment Induction.
The Booking Calendar will become accessible to you after you have received the Equipment Induction.
For details of how to use the Booking System, please see the Equipment Booking Manual in the links below.
It's been reported that sometimes a booking couldn't been canceled.
Please change the period of calendar you see, for example from monthly to weekly or daily,
then retry to cancel yours if it happens.
We would very much appreciate letting us know the details of the incident if you have it.
