| 本文 | 観察のスケジュールは余裕を持って計画をお願いします。直後に次のユーザーが予約を入れている場合は、次のユーザーがすぐ使用を開始できるように、終了時間までに部屋を出るようにして下さい。開始時間が遅れると支障が生じる実験もありますので、ご理解をお願いします。 もし延長を希望する状況になった場合は、できるだけ早く、Dragonflyメーリングリストで次のユーザーに連絡を取って確認をお願いします。連絡が取れて、了承を得た場合にのみ延長していただいて結構ですが、終了時間までに連絡が取れなかった場合は、間に合うように片付けを始めて下さい。ご利用時間を延長された場合はログブックに記入をお願いします。ログブックを確認して延長分の料金のお支払いをお願いします。 円滑な運用のためにご理解とご協力をお願いします。 ---------------------------------------- Observations should be scheduled with an enough margin of time. Please be aware that your ending time is a starting time for the next user, and the starting time may be critical for the experiment of the next user. | 本文 | 現在の混雑状況を緩和するため、以下の４つの対策を講じたいと思います。1 は来年1月11日から (1月25日以降の予約から)、2－4 は12月14日から実施します。 1. 予約できるのは予約日から２週間先までとする。それ以上先の予約をしたい場合は応相談とする。 2. 課金対象は現在のような実際の使用時間ではなく、予約した時間とする。 3. サンプルの準備の事情などによる予約のキャンセルは、予約日の1日前までとする。その時点で課金対象の使用時間が確定する。 4. 利用は昼の12時をまたがないこととする。 2－4 に応じて、必要であれば予約の変更をお願いします。なお、4に関しては、1月25日までの予約で既に自分の予約の直後に別の予約が入っていて、変更によって時間を短くする必要がある場合はその限りではありません。 それぞれご負担があると思いますが、状況の改善のため、ご協力いただけますと幸いです。 よろしくお願いいたします。 -------------------------------------- The following measures are taken to improve the recent crowded situation. The measure 1 takes effect as of January 11, and the measures 2 to 4 take effect as of December 14. 1. Reservation can be made for the next 2 weeks. Negotiable if you need to book beyond the period. 2. Usage fee is charged not for the actual usage period, but for the reserved period. 3. Cancellation should be made at least one day before the reservation date. 4. Usage in the morning should end before 12:00, and that in the afternoon should start after 12:00. I appreciate your rescheduling your reservation according to the measures 2 to 4. However, the measure 4 shall not apply if there is already a reservation by others just after yours. | 本文 | 60X対物レンズ (Oil, NA 1.49) の先端の金属部分にも、いくつかキズが見つかりました。対物レンズには至っておらず、取得画像に今のところ影響はありませんが、試料と距離が近い油浸レンズを扱う際は、細心の注意を払っていただくようお願いします。 The metal front of the oil-immersion 60X objective lens (NA 1.49) also had some scratches. It was confirmed that the lens was not damaged, but please pay close attention when you use 60X and 100X oil-immersion lenses with short working distance. |

| 本文 | 100X対物レンズ (Oil, NA 1.49) の先端の金属部分に、キズがついていることが分かりました。幸い、レンズまでは至っておらず、使用上問題はないようです。サンプルの走査や対物レンズの切り替え時には、対物レンズがサンプルホルダーやステージにぶつかることがないよう、くれぐれも細心の注意を払っていただくようお願いします。安全のため、焦点距離が短い油浸の対物レンズ (60X, 100X) をご使用後は、レンズクリーナーで清掃後、ターレット位置を低倍の対物レンズ (10X, 20X) に変更した状態で、システムを終了していただけると助かります。 The tip of the 100X objective lens (Oil, NA 1.49) had some scratches near the edge. It was fortunate that the lens was not damaged, but please pay close attention not to bump the objective lens into the sample holder or into the scanning stage. For safety, your cleaning the oil immersion lenses (60X and 100X) after use, changing the center turret position to the lower magnification lenses (10X and 20X), and turning off the system are highly appreciated. |
