| 本文 | 561 nmの照明が不安定になる問題が解決しました (光ファイバーの接続が不完全だったため)ので、レーザーユニットの交換は取り止めました。一時的に問題を回避するための Fusion の設定は標準の設定 (Active Blanking “ON”, Software Shuttering Mode “Disable”) に戻していただいて構いません。 488 nm レーザーは近日中に更新の予定ですが、もともと高出力で通常の実験には問題ないと思いますので、当面はこのままの状態でご利用下さい。更新の日程が決まりましたらお知らせします。 ----------------------------------------- The original laser unit was NOT replaced with a substitute unit since the problem of unstable 561-nm laser illumination was solved. The reason was an incomplete coupling of the optical fiber. Now you can get back to the original 561-nm channel setting, Active Blanking “ON” and Software Shuttering Mode “Disable”. Thus, you can use Dragonfly with the same conditions as in the recent past. The 488-nm laser will be updated soon, but please keep using it as it is for now since the power is still high enough virtually for all experiments. I will let you know the updating schedule when it is fixed. |

| 本文 | 11月17日に、488 nm と 561 nm レーザーを含む4波長レーザーユニットを代替品のユニットと交換してもらいます。しばらくはこちらで使用していただくようお願いします。488 nm と 561 nm レーザーを修理／交換後、元のユニットに戻してもらいますので、その時はまたお知らせします。 ご協力をよろしくお願いします。 ----------------------------------------- On Nov. 17, the laser combining unit with 4 lasers (including 488 nm and 561 nm) is replaced with a substitute unit with lasers of similar laser power. Please use Dragonfly with the substitute laser unit for a while. The original unit will be back after 488 nm and 561 nm lasers are fixed or renewed. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation. |

| 本文 | 高速撮像下での 561 nm レーザー照明のタイミングが不安定で、フレームによって明暗が生じることがあります。この問題を回避するための Fusion の設定を添付ファイルに示します。なお、フレームによる明暗は解決しますが、"Active Blanking" モードによる照明のタイミングの最適化をおこなわないため、退色が早くなる可能性があることに留意して下さい。できるだけ早く対処しますので、申し訳ありませんがしばらくお待ち下さい。 ---------------------------------------- The illumination timing of 561-nm laser was found to become unstable under fast acquisition. The setting of Fusion to avoid the problem is shown in the attached document. Although the problem will be solved, please note that photobleaching could be faster due to continuous illumination instead of blanked illumination by "Active Blanking" mode. We will also fix the problem as soon as possible. |

| 本文 | 488 nm レーザーの出力がシステム導入直後 (2020年3月) の約50%に低下していることが分かりました。他の波長 (405, 561, 637 nm) はほぼ変化ありませんでした。出力は急にではなく、徐々に低下したと考えられます。488 nm レーザーは交換の手配を進めており、スケジュールが決まり次第お知らせします。 ---------------------------------------- The current 488-nm laser power is ~50% compared with that right after the installation of the system (March 2020), while others (405, 561, and 637 nm) are almost the same. Probably it is getting gradually decreased. The 488-nm laser will be replaced with a new one soon. The replacement schedule will be announced when it is fixed. |

| 本文 | 予約ルール4を以下のように更新します。ご協力よろしくお願いします。 1. 予約できるのは予約日から２週間先までとする。それ以上先の予約をしたい場合は応相談とする。 2. 課金対象は実際の使用時間ではなく、予約した時間とする。 3. サンプルの準備の事情などによる予約のキャンセルは、予約日の1日前までとする。その時点で課金対象の使用時間が確定する。 4. 利用は昼の「13時」をまたがないこととする。「13時」前後に時間を空けて同じ日に２回使用する場合は、３時間以上空けることとする。当日になっても予約が入っていない場合に限り、カレンダーに追加の予約を入力の上、「13時」の前後に連続して使用してもよい。 5. 1週間あたりの総予約時間を24時間までとする。1週間の単位は予約システムのカレンダーにしたがって、月曜日から日曜日とする。 ------------------------ The rule 4 is updated as follows. When you use the lens, put it back to the correct position of the turret and detach it again after use. Thank you. |

| 本文 | 本年もよろしくお願いします。 現在のユーザー数と予約の混雑状況を考えると、それぞれのユーザーがある程度顕微鏡の利用時間を確保できるためには、1週間あたりの総予約時間の制限を設けざるを得ないと考えます。 それで、1月25日の週からしばらくの間、1－4 の対策に加えて、1週間あたりの総予約時間を24時間までといたします。なお、1週間の単位は予約システムのカレンダーにしたがって、月曜日から日曜日とします。1月25日以降の利用状況に応じて、制限時間は再調整いたします。 不便をおかけして大変申し訳ありませんが、ご理解よろしくお願いします。 ---------------------------------------- I wish you all the best for the new year 2021. Considering the number of users and the perspective of fair usage of the system for individual users, we have to employ the limitation on total reservation time per week.
