New user registration for AY2024 will be closed on 2025/02/21 (Fri).

We will close the acceptance of new group registrations for academic year 2024 on Friday, February 21, 2025. (Existing registered groups can still make modifications such as adding users or equipments.) Applications for continued use for the new academic year (2025) for current academic year users will be accepted from Monday, March 17, 2025, and new group registrations will be accepted again after the new academic year begins.

Although we have kept the usage fee constant for about five years, we are forced to increase the usage fee at the beginning of next academic year due to rising costs. Even if you applied for renewal in March, if you wish to cancel your use at the new usage fee, we will accept the withdrawal of your registration application if you have not yet used the service at that time.
